The process and protocols for tokenization of IRL assets are being finalized this week. After extensive research and consultation MadHat expects to offer some of the most unique and exciting tokenized assets and investment vehicles available on multiple blockchains. As we expand into this multi billion dollar growth industry we expect our MadHat Newsletter to become more wide reaching and interactive. It will function as a showcase for exclusive new opportunities and products. Initially, MadHat will use Reg CF, Reg A+, and in some cases 506b and 506c exemptions to offer exclusive limited opportunities for fractional ownership of high end collectibles, art, luxury goods, real estate, and more. Moving these assets to the blockchain coupled with our unique method of holding and managing the IRL property, will put Mad Hatter Society at the forefront of tokenization innovation. We are excited to launch our initial projects this month.
